California Prop 65

California Prop 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. The law requires many consumer goods sold in California, including herbs and dietary supplements to post a warning that these products being sold may contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or reproductive harm.
